To any buyer of real property through us, Milward Realtors will assemble key data about the property being purchased. Information from the seller, operating instructions, property history, important phone numbers, local school information, pictures, listing information on the property, and the important real estate documents related to the purchase will be accessible by touch through an icon we place on the desktop. Think of the new iPad as the “ultimate owner’s manual.” Your Milward agent will deliver your iPad gift to you after close of escrow.
