On this site, the topic of conversation will vary, although in real estate these days, most of the sale and listing activity centers around short sales and foreclosed property. This being said, we’re going with the flow. We hope to provide a place for buyers and sellers to come, to get access to a variety of thoughts and suggestions from people involved in all aspects of the contemporary real estate sale. We are buyers, sellers, lenders, investors,  title and escrow personnel, real estate professionals, and above all, we’re  just people.
